Named after his great-great-grandfather, Peter L. Simpson, the award celebrates those who exemplify the qualities of integrity, dedication, and visionary leadership—values that Bruce has embodied throughout his career.

Bruce’s influence in the metalcasting community goes far beyond his role at Simpson Technologies. Through his leadership with organizations like the American Foundry Society (AFS), Foundry Educational Foundation (FEF), and Casting Industry Suppliers Association (CISA), Bruce has played an integral role in advancing the industry. His strategic insights, passion for innovation, and commitment to promoting collaboration have left a lasting impact on the industry.
