The best part of my role is collaborating with customers to provide tailored solutions and fix green sand issues together. There's something incredibly rewarding about working as a team—our combined efforts not only solve problems but also strengthen our partnership. Seeing how our solutions make a positive impact on the customer’s operations is truly fulfilling.

What do you value most about the relationships/partnerships with our customers?
What I value most about our relationships with customers is the opportunity to learn from them and work together to find tailored solutions. The foundry industry feels like a close-knit family, where collaboration and support are key. I spend more time helping and guiding our customers than selling equipment, and that's what makes these partnerships truly rewarding. It's about being a resource they can rely on and contributing to their long-term success.
If you could have a superpower to do your job better, what would it be and why?
If I could have a superpower, it would be the ability to fly. Being able to reach customers instantly would make me more efficient and responsive, allowing me to provide solutions and support even faster. It would cut down travel time and help me be there whenever they need me, no matter where they are in the Midwest.
What’s your most memorable customer moment?
My most memorable customer moment was when a foundry trusted Simpson to install our equipment in their brand-new facility. Watching the operation come together from the ground up, knowing we were a key part of their success, was incredibly rewarding. It was a great reminder of the trust and partnership we build with our customers and how our solutions help shape their future.
