What I value most about our relationships with customers is the comfort and trust we've built together. Whether it's discussing a project or chatting about everyday life in the foundry, we can reach out to each other freely, knowing we're here to support and grow together.
What’s your most memorable customer moment?
Anytime I work with a customer on an issue or project and see the success of the project and the customer, it’s always a great moment. My favorite moments are when I can apply my experience with green sand systems to solve a problem. It not only helps the foundry, and the individuals involved but also strengthens our partnership with the customer.
If you could have a superpower to do your job better, what would it be and why?
If I could have a superpower, it would be the ability to instantly communicate with my computer through my thoughts. With so many different network folders and documents to manage, being able to open a file just by thinking about it would save time and streamline my work.
