The best part of my job is getting to work with amazing people — including some of my own family!

If you could have a superpower to do your job better, what would it be and why?
If I could have a superpower, it would be teleportation. I’d be able to instantly travel to any customer location, providing fast, on-the-spot support and solving issues as soon as they arise—ensuring they get the help they need without delay.

What I value most about our partnerships with customers is that we succeed together. Their success is our success, and we’re committed to helping each other achieve the best possible outcomes.

What’s your most memorable customer moment?
One of my most memorable customer moments was visiting a few customers in Japan and experiencing their operations firsthand. Another highlight was seeing our mullers in action at Kilgore Flares, where they produce material used in military explosives—a reminder of how Simpson equipment plays a critical role in industries with such high stakes.
